You do need a valid DL. 🪪 Are the boats in the water and where are you located? 🚢🚤 The boats are in the water and we are located at Alred Marina in Guntersville. What are your rental times? ⏰️ We have a 4 hour and 8 hour rental time, and a 3 hour afternoon rental during the summer months. Times are 8-12. 12:30/12:45-4:30 /4:45 & (5-8 summer months only.) Do you allow smoking? 🚬 No. We don’t not allow smoking or smokeless tobacco. 🚭 What about Gas? ⛽️ We send you out with a full tank of gas and you replace what you used. At the end of your rental, we meet you at the fuel dock. Swipe your card and we will pump the gas and dock the boat. Do you provide life jackets and safety equipment? 🛟🧯⚓️ Yes, but we recommend you bring your childs life jacket, if you have one. We have all sizes avaliable. Sizes infant to adult universal. Let us know at booking if you need them for children. We fit them before we send you out. All our boats have all required safety equipment. Are there GPS on the boats? 🧭 Yes, every boat is equipped with GPS to assist you in navigating the lake. What if we are late getting to the marina for boat pickup? ⏲️ If you are late, you do not get additional time. The ending time has to be exact so we can get the next renters out. What if we are late coming in from our rental? ⌛️ There is a late fee for coming in late. $50 per half hour. Do we allow pets? 🐕🦺 Yes, however you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet and any damage that may occur. Can we have alcohol on the boat? 🍻🍹 Yes, however the boat operator can not drink. What's your cancelation policy? ❌️ Cancellation. If renter cancels his/her reservation within 24 hours renter shall forfeit deposit, and all monies paid. If Renter cancels his/her reservation within five (5) calendar days of the reservation date, Renter shall forfeit the deposit, be charged $100, and be refunded the remainder of the rental amount. If renter does not timely show up (NO SHOW) for designated reservation Renter will forfeit the full amount of the rental and deposit. If the cancellation is due to severe or unsafe weather as determined by Islands, then the deposit and rental will be applied to an alternate date or refunded in full. If severe or unsafe weather as determined by Islands causes the rental period to end prematurely, the rental rate will be prorated based on the time of return of the Equipment used.
